All ice sessions will take place at Johnnys Ice House West located at 2550 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60612.

LODGING 

Our members asked for specific team lodging destinations so there could be more community at the different events so the Association has procured three options for lodging during the camp. Book by March 31st to guarantee the group rate.

Option 1: Club Quarters Hotel - Central Loop

Single and Double Rooms. Discounted rates from $198 - $235 per room per night.

The deadline for group discounted rates is April 5th!

1) Click "Book Here" below and then click the "Check-in" icon to enter the calendar

2) Click the desired check-in date within the calendar itself

3) Click the desired check-out date within the calendar itself (not the check-out icon)

4) Check-in icon will now show the desired check-out date and the booking can be completed.

Option 2: La Quinta - Chicago Downtown

Double Rooms. Discounted rates of $222 per room per night.

The deadline for group discounted rates is April 5th!

1) Click "Book Here" below and enter Arrival and Departure dates

2) Use the drop-down under special rates and select Group Code.

3) Enter the Promo code: CGPRIH

4) Click on "Search Rooms"

5) Decide which room is desired and click "Book." A page will open and you will be able to enter guest and payment information.

Option 3: Hostelling International - Chicago

Private and Shared Rooms. Current discounted rates starting at $43 per bed per night.
