FIESTA DE HOCKEY CHICAGO 2026
Arrival May 6 & Departure May 10
This is PRIHA's fifth year in a row hosting an event in New York and in partnership with the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation. This event is PRIHA's flagship event. During the event all athlete-members of all skill-levels and ages are invited to participate. After registering you will receive scheduling information from your Team Manager via Sport Ninja. Schedules are expected to be finalized ~2 weeks before the start of the event.
10U / 8U, 12U, 14U, and 16U
Will Practice Thursday and Friday. Will compete in exhibition matches Friday and Saturday. Will do an intrasquad 3v3 match on Sunday in preparation for June's 3v3 tournament in NY.
Juniors / 18U
Will practice Thursday and Friday. Will compete in both intra-squad and exhibition matches. Teams will be split up prior to each session. This will act as the last evaluation prior to the Juniors team competing in the IIHF Mens Development Cup which will feature only 2005 to 2010 birthyears.
ADP
Will practice on Friday. Will compete in both intra-squad and exhibition matches. Teams for exhibitions will be split up by skill level.
Mens & Womens National Teams
Both teams will be competing in the Challenger Series vs Greece, Jamaica and Lebanon. Puerto Rico is seeking it's first title since the 2023 Mens Series vs Jamaica.

FIESTA DE HOCKEY NEW YORK 2026
Arrival June 12 by 12:00 & Departure June 14 after 16:00
This is PRIHA's fourth year in a row hosting an event in NUEVAYOL and third in partnership with the New York Islanders! This event is built around the National Puerto Rican Day Parade in midtown Manhattan on June 14 - this will be our fifth year participating. As part of the event, all athlete-members and guests will be able to participate in the parade. In 2025 we had over 100 people participate in the parade. After registering you will receive more information via Sport Ninja and email. The initial schedule has been generated as of April 6 - final schedules are expected ~2 weeks prior to the event.
All games will follow IIHF 3v3 small-surface Ultimate Hockey rules and regulations.
10U / 8U, 12U, 14U, and 16U
Will compete vs opponents teams, primarily from the Northeast region. If there are more than 12 PRIHA skaters registered for the event in a particular age group, there will be two PRIHA teams created for that age group. PRIHA is still looking for it's first championship win in this event!
18U, Juniors, ADP, National Teams
Get ready for the first-ever Puerto Rico 3v3 Ice Hockey National Championships!
All male PRIHA registered athlete-members born in 2009 or earlier and female athletes born in 2013 or earlier will be entered into a draft. Each registered athlete will be drafted to a team. The draft will take place virtually on Thursday, May 28 at 8:00 PM EST. Each athlete will receive a T-Shirt in a matching color with the team they have been drafted to. Each team will be guaranteed 4 games.
