This registration is for athletes of any age or skill level interested in playing hockey (in any format - ice hockey, inline hockey, and ball hockey) in Puerto Rico.

There are four steps: 1) Fill out the registration form and submit an eligibility document (i.e. Puerto Rico Drivers License), 2) Sign the Code of Conduct and Liability Waiver, 3) Join the WhatsApp Chat where events will be posted, 4) Register for events.
